Claurelle has two decades of experience innovating global lending, payments, wealth, and consumer technology products at Amazon, Capital Group, and Blackberry. Most recently, she was a VP of Product at the Capital Group, the 10th largest asset manager in the world. Previously, she launched and scaled Amazon’s lending and B2B payments businesses globally.

Vijay Vachani

Chief Operating Officer

Vijay has built and led go-to-market and product organizations at startups and global public companies across software and fintech. Most recently at Square, he led the developer platform, global partnerships, and international businesses. Before Square, he led partnerships and the developer platform for Adobe Creative Cloud, following Adobe’s acquisition of Aviary, where he was responsible for partnerships and growth.

Jin Han

Chief Administrative Officer

Jin is a veteran legal, compliance, and governance leader with over two decades of experience in financial services, lending, and payments. Jin led legal functions and helped develop products for industry leaders, including Square, Klarna, and Afterpay. As Apple's principal payments counsel, Jin was also an early contributor to the Apple Pay project.

Nate Wiger

Chief Product & Technology Officer

Nate has 25+ years of experience building products and teams in fast-growth businesses. He has built engineering teams from 0 to 350+ and designed cloud-based services that scale to millions of requests an hour and $1B+ in revenue. His prior roles include VP at Intuit, GM at Amazon / AWS, and Principal Engineer at Sony PlayStation and Sun Microsystems.

With over 10 years of experience in human resources, leadership development, and organizational transformation, Anna takes a people-first approach to aligning talent strategies with Pipe’s mission and values.

Scott Polchleb

Chief Experience Officer

Scott is a design leader who's built and led teams for both startups and large tech companies. Previously, Scott was the Global Head of Design at Square Banking, leading design and strategy across Square Banking and CashApp. He's also held senior leadership positions in design at Afterpay, WeWork, and Visa.
